Real Ohio Tour, Little Darby Creek, Saturday, May 26, 2007

10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Break out your old tennis shoes and socks - we are going wading in the Little Darby Creek!  After a quarter-mile hike to the wading site, Columbus Metro Parks Aquatic Ecologist Mac Albin will accompany us into the water to explore dragonflies, fish, freshwater mussels, bugs, and other wonders of the creek.  This is an especially important site as the watershed is threatened by a proposed factory farm.  Special gift to all attendees (from OEC)!

Be sure to RSVP today!  Space is limited and reservations are required for all tours.  Please contact the OEC at oec@theOEC.org or (614) 487-7506 for reservations.  Visit www.theOEC.org for maps and detailed directions.
